Australia Koala Reserve

Not far from Melbourne, Australia, is the Koala Conservation Reserve, on Phillip Island.  There are a bunch of koalas living "in their natural habitat" (not sure about that, but that's another discussion for another time).  It's a great place to see koalas up close and personal, as well as a few wallabies and other assorted animals that don't appear too often in Andover, MN. Most of the photos on this page, but not all, were taken at the reserve.

Also on Phillip Island is the Penguin Parade, which is another must-see.  Unfortunately, since photos aren't allowed at the Penguin Parade, you'll have to just imagine them coming onto shore from the ocean at night.  It's very cool.
